Description

Community Inclusion provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to individuals with disabilities and mental health who want to live as independently as possible. Our SIL services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment that enables clients to achieve their goals, build their skills, and enhance their quality of life. We understand that the needs and preferences of our participants vary greatly. Therefore, we offer SIL services with a range of staff-to-client ratios, including 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3.

For people who require a higher level of support due to complex or challenging behaviours, we offer 1:1 support to ensure they receive the individualised attention and care they need. For clients who require less intensive support, we offer 1:2 or 1:3 support, depending on their specific needs. Our experienced team of support workers are committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each participant's unique requirements and preferences. We offer various support services, including assistance with daily living activities, community nursing, household tasks, personal care, and community participation.
